General terms of WebShop B2B: Eurocom d.o.o.

The purpose of these terms is to clearly define the terms of sale between the seller and its customers. According to the contract, a customer is considered any legal person (or physical person) who has made a purchase on the B2B Eurocom webshop website.

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries offered by the Seller Eurocom D.O.O. Customer references to their own standards or terms of sale cannot be ignored.

Customer registration

The customer can request registration via an online form or email, or can use the automatic registration form on the page. Registered users have the ability to review and change most of their account details and review previous purchases.

Online catalog

In general, the product sales catalog is available to all users, but registration/login is required for use. The online catalog offers an overview of the sales program. Products are arranged in groups (categories, subcategories) and are displayed by name, manufacturer, and description with photos. Customers can see agreed prices and terms in the product catalog. Customers can also see other products at the regular price or without a price. For products without a price, customers can send an inquiry by email and get a price for the desired product.

Delivery

Registered users can add products to the cart and place an order. Purchase can be accelerated by using the favorite products list, which each user can set and edit. After ordering, each user receives an email notification or confirmation. Before confirming the order, the customer selects the delivery address.

Customer addresses can be entered in advance, and then before confirmation, just select the appropriate address from the list of saved ones. Eurocom takes care of the products it sends (delivers) by express mail. SThe delivery cost for orders up to EUR 80 is EUR 5.00 including VAT. For purchases over EUR 80, delivery is free. The customer has the option of personal collection of goods at Eurocom premises.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on the product. Product availability is indicated on the website. An extension of the delivery period is possible, about which customers will be separately informed.

Invoice

Invoices are sent in accordance with contractual terms. Invoices are sent by mail or electronically if the customer operates in this way. If the customer does not pay the invoice within the agreed (specified) period, they will not be able to make new purchases in the B2B webshop or through direct purchase.

Images are of a symbolic nature and we reserve the right that the image is not an exact illustration of the actual product.

Return of items

In accordance with the provisions of the law, the consumer has the right to a complaint within 8 days. The customer must immediately inform the seller, withdraw from the contract and return the goods to the Eurocom company address.

Data protection

Our data protection procedures are in accordance with Slovenian data protection legislation. The customer agrees that the seller may process information about the customer in connection with the transaction, except those that are confidential. The seller uses the customer's email address only to inform the customer about transactions or (if the customer agrees) for newsletters, promotions and the like. The seller will not share personal information about customers with third parties. Exceptionally, this may be done upon request or if business requires (e.g., settlement of claims). The customer must be informed and have the ability to correct or delete their personal data from the seller's records, except in cases where the seller needs the data for fiscal reasons or legitimate requirements of state authorities.

Other

In addition to these terms of sale, the existing regulation governing this area is used in relations between the parties. Any disputes arising from transactions concluded under these terms of sale will be resolved primarily by agreement. Otherwise, for disputes, the court at the seller's registered office and the law of the Republic of Slovenia are competent.

In case one or more of the above provisions become invalid, this cannot affect the validity of other provisions. The parties will try to replace the invalid provisions with valid ones that best correspond to the provisions valid at the time of concluding the contract.
