Returning products

According to the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov, ZVPot), the consumer has the right to inform the salesperson that they are cancelling the contract (in 14 days’ time after having received the goods) and to return the received goods to our address.

Data protection

Our procedures to protect data are functioning according to the regulations about data protection in the Republic of Slovenia. The customer allows the salesperson to process, keep, and use information about customers that are received when conducting business; except for those that are confidential. The salesperson uses the customer’s e-mail address only for informing them about business matters or (if the customer agrees) about novelties, sales, and such. The salesperson will not provide customers’ personal data for third parties. Exceptionally, the salesperson can do this when the customers themselves wish to do so or if the situation demands it (for example solving complaints). In these cases, providing data is kept at the lowest possible level. The customer must be made aware of it and must have the possibility to alter, block, or delete their personal data from the salesperson’s database; except for the cases in which the salesperson needs the data for taxation reasons or for replying to justified demands from the state authorities.

Other

In addition to these terms and conditions, the two parties are also bound by the valid regulations in this field. The parties will solve the disagreements arising from business (which will have been concluded according to these terms and conditions) consensually. Otherwise, any disputes should be subject to the jurisdiction of the court according to the selling company’s headquarters and the law of the Republic of Slovenia.

In case one or more of the previous provisions is or becomes invalid this does not affect other provisions. The parties will try to replace invalid provisions with the valid ones which are the closest to the contractual purposes.
